We have created our return policy to help our customers trouble shoot any problems that they may have with products purchased from our company. Please understand that not all circumstances will result in product replacement.
In-Store Returns & Policy
VAPE KING OFFERS A 7 DAY WARRANTY ON PRODUCTS SOLD. NO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS. MANUFACTURER DEFECT ONLY.
Some Products Vape King Inc. sells that are not covered under warranty include:
-E liquids / E juice
-Opened or Used Coils
-Abused or Damaged Hardware
-Rebuildable Products (RDAs, RDTAs, Wire, Wick, etc.)
-Batteries (18650, 20700, 26650 style)
-Individual Items Within a Kit (Orings, Glass, Bands, etc..) Drip Tips
-Glass or Pipes
All items must have all included parts and original packaging. Original Receipt required.
If you suspect you have received a defective product please contact your nearest store or our main Bonita Springs location within the first 7 days. As inventory is always changing specific colors may or may not be in stock. If the exact same product is not in stock, store credit will be issued for the original purchase price and may be used toward purchase of a new product.
Most products sold by Vape King Inc. carry additional warranties from the manufacturer. For any manufacturer defect beyond 7 Days please contact the device manufacturer. This information can typically be found on the product information pages included with your product.

**Special Juul Device Warranty**
All Juul Devices are sold “as-is”. We Recommend for customers register their Juul device to get the full 1-year warranty through the manufacturer directly.
Website Return, Repair, Exchange Processing Procedure
We strive for your satisfaction with your purchase and we want to help you resolve issues as quickly as possible.
Your timely return of products in question will help us expedite resolving the issue. In the event that we do not have a product in stock we will send a like product of equal or greater value, or provide a store credit or refund at our discretion.
Each item we carry has its own return policy listed at the bottom of the product’s description. If it is not listed we have a 7 day “MANUFACTURE” return policy on those items.
There are NO returns on non-defective items.
There are NO returns or exchanges on coil’s.
There are NO returns due to “buyer’s remorse”.
There are NO returns on any E-juice Flavors.
There are NO returns on used items regardless of what is written on product pages.
You should expect to receive your refund/store credit within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund sooner. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply email us with your name, order number, issue, and we will get back with you within 1-2 business days.
Due to personal tastes and preferences we are unable to offer returns, refunds or exchanges for e-liquid products. All e-liquid purchases are FINAL.
Requests to correct fulfillment mistakes that are made by Vape King Inc. resulting in your receipt of incorrect or missing items in your order will be accepted for 7 days after the receipt of your order. We ask that you send us an email with your name, order number and a description of what you did or didn’t receive. Pictures of the Invoice and items will help us to verify as well.
Requests for missing or incorrect items will not be accepted after 7 days from the date you have received your order.
